We recently had the joy of hosting Ronan's Flower Shoppe Birthday Party, and it was every bit as magical as it sounds. Little guests arrived to a space filled with blooms, balloons, and the kind of beauty that makes everyone stop in the doorway and gasp. Here is everything you need to know about hosting your own.
The Setup: Beautiful from the Moment You Walk In
A Flower Shoppe Birthday Party at Flower Bar Co. is a private floral experience designed for little ones who love beautiful things. Guests get to play florist for the day — picking their own stems from our signature single-stem Flower Bar, learning to trim and arrange, and leaving with a vase arrangement they made entirely themselves.
Ronan's party began at the entrance with a custom welcome sign adorned with sage green satin ribbons, surrounded by overflowing buckets of fresh blooms in the most beautiful shades of peach, blush, coral, and cream. Pink balloons with olive ribbon ties floated overhead, and the tables were set and waiting.
The tablescape was a dream. White linens, scalloped paper plates, macarons at each place setting, floral paper cups, and a gorgeous white birthday cake adorned with fresh flowers and taper candles as the centerpiece. Small bud vase arrangements of garden-style blooms sat at every table, making the whole space feel like a flower market and a tea party had the most beautiful baby.
The Main Event: Pick Your Stems, Make Your Arrangement
The heart of every Flower Shoppe Party is the arranging experience. Each little guest received their very own pink apron and a pair of child-friendly scissors, then got to browse our Flower Bar and handpick the stems that spoke to them. Roses, ranunculus, lisianthus, carnations, sweet peas, zinnias — whatever was most beautiful that day.
With a little guidance from Shawn and our team, each guest trimmed their stems and arranged their blooms into their own glass vase arrangement. Watching little hands carefully place each stem with such focus and intention is one of our favorite things in the world. Every arrangement was completely unique, labeled with the guest's name, and taken home as the best party favor imaginable.

The Vineyard location inside Bella's Market provided a stunning backdrop, with the Flower Bar Co. storefront visible throughout and fresh blooms filling every corner of the space.
