Refund Policy

Flower Order Cancellation Policy Once your order is received, we begin sourcing fresh flowers specifically for you. To ensure the best service, we require at least 72 hours' notice prior to the scheduled pick-up or delivery date for cancellations. Cancellations made with 72 hours' notice are eligible for store credit only. If you cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it (and not within the 72-hour pick-up/delivery window), you are eligible for a full refund.

Order Updates To cancel or update your order, including changes to the delivery address, please email us at hello@flowerbarco.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Our customer care team is available Tuesday through Saturday, 9 am - 5 pm MST. Requests made outside of business hours may not be guaranteed.

Non-Delivery If an order is refused by the recipient for any reason, Flower Bar Co. will not provide a refund and is not responsible for the recipient’s decision. If a claim is submitted, but we are unable to verify the claim, we reserve the right to deny it.

Quality Assurance Once flowers leave our shop or delivery vehicle, Flower Bar Co. LLC is no longer responsible for damages caused by mishandling, transit, weather, or other external factors. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via phone or email. We are happy to replace arrangements in most cases. Claims made after 24 hours or resulting from improper flower care will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.

Flower Substitutions We strive to fulfill orders as requested. However, if the flowers we receive do not meet our quality standards, we may substitute blooms of equal value while maintaining the overall color scheme and design integrity of your arrangement.

Shop Merchandise & Gifts We accept returns of full-priced merchandise purchased online or in-store at Flower Bar Co. within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. Apparel and accessories must be unworn. Please present the original receipt to process your return. Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping To initiate a return, email hello@flowerbarco.com with your order number and return details. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued after processing is complete. If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our receiving the return, contact us at hello@flowerbarco.com. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Workshops & Events Can’t make it to a workshop? Refunds are available if you contact us at hello@flowerbarco.com within 48 hours of purchase. For cancellations beyond the 48-hour window, please contact us to discuss your options.

  • More than 48 hours before the workshop: You may receive store credit for the full ticket price or reschedule for a workshop of equal or lesser value.

  • Less than 48 hours before the workshop: You may receive store credit for 50% of the ticket price, which can be applied toward a future workshop.

  • Once the workshop has started: No refunds or store credit will be issued.
