Can I modify or cancel my flower order?
Once your order is received, we begin sourcing fresh flowers specifically for you. Because of this, we require at least 72 hours notice before your scheduled pickup or delivery date for any modifications or cancellations.
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
Cancellations made with at least 72 hours notice are eligible for store credit only. If you cancel within 48 hours of placing your order, and outside of the 72-hour pickup or delivery window, you are eligible for a full refund.
How do I change my delivery address or update my order?
To modify or cancel your order, including changes to a delivery address, please email us at hello@flowerbarco.com or call us at 435-776-5439 as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Our signature Flower Bar is a single-stem experience unlike anything else in Utah. Browse rows of freshly cut seasonal stems, handpick exactly what speaks to you, and we will wrap them beautifully to take home. Flowers are sold by the stem, so you choose exactly what goes into your bouquet and how much you spend. It is unhurried, personal, and one of our favorite things we offer.
If you would prefer your stem selections to be arranged by one of our designers rather than wrapped as a hand-tied bouquet, you are welcome to order from our daily flower collection, and we will take care of the rest.

FLORAL CARE
With proper care, our fresh-cut flowers and arrangements will stay beautiful for five to seven days. Keep your blooms in fresh, cool water away from direct sunlight, heat, and ripening fruit, and change the water every one to two days for best results.

Does your daily flower menu change?
Yes, and that is part of what makes it special. While we offer fresh hand-tied bouquets and vase arrangements year-round, our designs shift with the seasons as different varieties come into and out of bloom. Here in Utah, that means ranunculus and tulips in early spring, cosmos and garden roses through summer, dahlias and zinnias into fall, and warm, hellebore and evergreens through the winter months.
We also create special seasonal menus for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and the winter holiday season, curated around the most beautiful blooms of each occasion. Some of our most beloved varieties, like peonies, lilac, and sweet peas, are only available for a few precious weeks each year. Place your flowers in a cool location overnight, such as a garage, basement, or cool room, away from heat, direct sunlight, and ripening fruit. The ideal temperature for keeping cut flowers fresh is between 50 and 60 degrees Fahrenheit. If they are in a vase or wrapped bouquet with stems in water, make sure the water is fresh and the stems are fully submerged. In the morning, give the stems a quick trim at a 45-degree angle before presenting them. With the right overnight care, your flowers will arrive looking just as fresh and beautiful as the moment you picked them up.

A hand-tied bouquet is a gathered display of flowers wrapped in premium paper and tied with ribbon, ready for the recipient to place in their own vase.
