A little care goes a long way.

Your bouquet arrives in water — keep it there until the moment calls for it. No refrigeration needed, but tuck it away from direct sunlight and heat, which can coax delicate petals to wilt before their time. When you're ready, lift the stems gently from the vase and blot dry with a soft towel before you carry it down the aisle.

Stepping away for a while? Give your blooms a drink. Flowers held in water between moments will stay fresher, longer — and look as beautiful as you do.

How to Hold Your Bouquet
